They are as follows: <br />1. He is pleased and happy a new residence will be built. The e.xisting structure has burned and <br />is deteriorating. <br />2. The new residence and garage should meet standards for neighborhood zoning regulations. <br />3. The siding on the existing residence has asbestos siding and removal should be done <br />according to state guidelines. <br />4. The placement of the new residence should be behind the average lakeshore setback, not <br />obstructing lake views of neighbors. <br />5. Drainage is a concern with the property. The lake side drains to the adjacent properties and <br />pools of water collect on other properties. Does understand that grading w ithin 7S' of ihe <br />lakeshore is not allowed and this problem is minor. How ever, the back portion of the lot drains <br />into his basement during rains. He suggested sw ales or cathc basins be part of the drainage plan <br />and maybe a gutter system be installed on the house because of the pitch and height of the new <br />roof.
