THERE IS NO <br />OPPORTUNITY TO ACQUIRE ADDITIONAL PROPERTY TO MEET THE <br />EXISTING 2 ACRE STANDARDS. <br />• THE APPLICATION OF SETBACKS AS DEFINED FOR LR-1A LEAVES A <br />BUILDABLE FOOTPRINT WHICH IS UNACCEPTABLE FOR A <br />RESIDENCE IN KEEPING WITH THE STAND.ARDS OF THE <br />NEIGHBORHOOD. <br />• THE DESIGN AS PRESENTED MEETS THE LOT AREA AND SET BACK <br />STANDARDS FOR ‘Z: ACRE DEVELOPMENT.
