It is classit'icd as a non-compliant septic <br />system due to not meeting the three foot separation between the seasonal water table and the bottom <br />of the trenches. It must be replaced by 12-31 -2007 or when it surfaces onto the ground. <br />The current system is designed for four bedrooms.
