Both the <br />addition and entry way are within 150’ of a Natural Environment lake. <br />The proposed garage will be located over existing driveway. The applicant is proposing to remove <br />approximately 800 s.f of driveway that will no longer be needed. The existing garage w ill be turned <br />into a screen porch, office, laundry room and storeroom. <br />1 he lot was developed in 1979 prior to the adoption of the Shoreland Ordinance (1992).
