Back in April, 1999, the City Council granted a lot area varianeV^ this property to pccimt <br />the construction of a seasonal dwelling on the property. As of today's date, ih^ity has not <br />received a request for a building permit from the Applicant. The property' is 4?^cres in size <br />and is landlocked.
