Variances to lakeshore setback and <br />hardcover were granted on October 26.1998. The Applicant is requesting that these variances <br />be renewed. <br />Olsen stated that he is having a difficult time retaining a contractor to do the work at a reasonable <br />price, but that he would like to have the work completed within the next year. <br />S.mith commented that she does not see any problems with this application. <br />There were no public comments regarding this application. <br />Kluth inquired whether the hardcover that was requested to be removed has in fact been <br />a <br />Page 11
