An <br />additional letter of appeal was received July 19 (E.xhibit C) from applicants' builder. The applicants <br />should also be asked for tlieir testimony regarding this issue. <br />Issues for Consideration: <br />1. Structural lot coverage as proposed is nut a concern. <br />2. With the redesigned garage addition (without angle), will the mu ash and one white oak tree <br />need to be removed? These trees are not protected by Cit>- Ordinance. <br />3. The proposed location of the garage addition still flows with the existing floor plan. Is the <br />proposed 24' side setback acceptable? <br />4. Other issues raised by the Planning Commission. <br />Options for Action: <br />1 . Recommend approval of variances as requested. <br />2. Recommend denial of variances, stating reasons. <br />3. Table for plan revisions or further information. <br />4.
