When the horses are kept stabled and do not require pasture for feed purposes, the minimum pasture requirement may be adjusted at the discretion of the Council. The use of an accessory building for keeping animals for non-commercial purposes is a permitted use provided it is for the non-comntercial use of the property owner or resident and meets the available area standards outlined in the paragraph above (Section 10.20, Subdivision 3 (M).
