§ 10.42 <br />M. Building Design and Construction. See Section 10.40. Subdivision 6. <br />Subparagraph G. <br />N. Height. No structure or building shall exceed 2-1/2 stories or thirt> feet in <br />height except as provided in Section 10.75. <br />SEC. 10.43. B-4 OFFICE AND PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. <br />Subd. 1. Purpose. The Office and Professional Business is intended to provide <br />a district which is related to and ntay adjoin residential districts or other business districts for the <br />location of administrative office buildings and related offccs. The office uses allowed in this district <br />are those in which there is limited contact with the public and no exterior display or selling of <br />merchandise to the general public. The district shall have immediate access to adequate highways <br />and public sanitary sewer. <br />Subd. 2. Application. All applications for a building permit in any "B-4" Office and <br />Professional District shall be reviewed by the Council and may be referred to the Planning <br />Commission for review. <br />Subd 3. Permitted Uses. Within any "B-4" Office and Professional Business District, <br />no structure or land shall be used e.xccpt for one or more of the follow ing uses; <br />A. Municipal Buildings. Municipal buildings where the use conducted is <br />customaiilv considered to be an office use. <br />B. Offices. Professional offices and offices of the general nature. <br />C. Clinics. Clinics for human care on an outpatient basis only. <br />D. Bonks and Insurance Offices. <br />Subd. 4. Conditional Uses. Within the "B-4" Office and Professional Bu.siness <br />District no structure or land shall be used for the following uses except by conditional use permit; <br />A. Nursing Homes. Hospitals. Nursing homes, hospitals, rest homes or <br />retirement homes, provided the site shall contain not less than 600 square feet of lot area for each <br />person to be accommodated and that no building be located less than 35 feet from the side lot line. <br />B.
