BayWind vvill occupy the entire secorxt floor (4840 square feet) artd 1550 square <br />feet of the first floor. The church will use its portion of the first floor for Christian <br />education. <br />The leased space (3290 square feet) on the first floor will continue to be used for <br />the existing professional office space. <br />Planned Ueea <br />BayWind wiH use its portion of the building for church related business. There <br />will be ongoing limited normal daily activity pertaining to pastoral and <br />administrative functions. In the past. BayWind has held Bible education on a <br />weekday evening. Total participation was typically lets than fifty persons. <br />Today BayWind holds it Sunday service at 9:30 AM and those services conclude <br />around 11:00 AM. Attendance typically ranges from 100 to 140 persons. <br />The church also plans a number of srrtall group activities designed to meet <br />community needs (hosting West Lake Minnetonka Police Chaplain's Corps.. <br />West Tonka Community Action Network and Heart for the West Pastors Coalition <br />meetings for example). <br />Summary <br />BayWind began its public senrices at the Freshwater Center (across the street <br />from 2477 Shadywood Road) on October 21.1997. The church held services <br />and Bible education at that location until April 2000. The church and Its members <br />look forward to returning home.
