§ 10.50 <br />Jj^andscagjfli^ All open areas of any site. lot. tract or parcel shall be graded <br />10 provide pro^r drainage, and except for areas used for parking, drives or storage, shall be <br />landscaped uith trees, shrubs or planted ground cover. Such landscaping shall conform uith the <br />planting plan approved by the Council at the time the building permit was issued. Any change in grade affecting water runoff <br />whether onto adjacent property or otherwise must be in compliance with the Surface Water <br />Management Plan and shall be consistent with other applicable regulations or City Code provisions <br />and subject to the approval of other agencies having jurisdiction over the area affected by the <br />drainage. <br />Source.
