The three lots w«rre separated from the remainder of the land in RLS 245 with the <br />plat of Foxhill in l%5. <br />The east parcel and middle parcel have residences existing on them. The west parcel is vacant and <br />has been since 1953. The lot line rearrangement is requested to fulfill r ^uirements outlined in <br />Resolution ^ 186*1 adopted at the time the guest house on the east parcel w.us granted a CUP .ii 1985. <br />(Exhibit G).
