Where a mix ofland <br />uses is indicated on the comprehensive plan for adjacent proivny, the most restrictive applicable <br />buffering requirement shall be observed. 1 he requirements of this table may be waived at points <br />where shared access is utilized. <br />5) All parking and loading areas, aisles and driveways shall be bordemd with raised concrete <br />curbs or equivalent approved by the city.
