Tlie variances granted <br />in 1996 ana requested for renewal arc; <br />A. 25 ’ front or street setback where a 30* setback is required. <br />West side setback of 9.5 ’ where a 10’ setback is required. <br />East side setback of 6' where a 10' setback is required. <br />Variance to allow lot area of 8,550 s.f. where requirement is 43,560 s.f. <br />Variance for lot width of 46-50 ’ where 140* is required. <br />Variances to allow 75-250' hardcover of 1,956 s.f. or 40»/o where only 1,220 s.f or <br />25% is normally allowed. <br />B. <br />C. <br />D. <br />E. <br />F. <br />The prior applicant, Eva Theobald, recently passed away and her son now owns the property.
