ORDINANCE NO.SECOND SERIES <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br />CHARTER 10 OF THE ORONO MUNICIPAL CODE <br />BY AMENDING SECTION 10.4S, SUBDIVISION 3. <br />ADDING "CLINICS” TO LIST OF PERMITTED USES <br />IN THE B^ ZONING DISTRICT <br />The City Council of Orono ordains as follows: <br />Section 1. Municipal Zoning Code Chapter 10. Section 10.45. Subdivision 3 is hereby <br />amended by adding "Clinics" to the list of permitted uses in the B*6 Highway Commercial Zoning <br />District. Section 10.45 Subd. 3 shall henceforth read as follows: <br />“Subd. 3. Permitted Uses. Within any Highway Business District, no structure <br />or land shall be used except for one of tl;e following uses or uses deemed similar by the <br />Council: <br />A. Offices (business and professional). <br />B. Banks and financial institutions. <br />C. Libraries. <br />D. Motels, and hotels. <br />E. Clinics for hu.m>in core on an outpatient basis only.' <br />Section 2. Adoption and Publication. This ordiiuuice shall be published in The Pioneer and <br />The Laker newspapers and shall become effective immediately upon publication. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Orono.
