Accessoiy buildings shall be architecturally compatible with principal <br />structures. Accessory stiuctiues for trash and trash handling equipment shall <br />be constructed of the same building material as the principal structure and be <br />readily served through swinging doors. <br />All rooftop or ground mounted mechanical equipment and exterior trash and <br />recycling storage areas shall be fully enclo^ or screened so as to not be <br />visible with materials compatible with the principal structure. <br />Underground utilities shall be provided for all new and substantially <br />renovated structures (substantially renovated shall mean when the <br />renovations exceed 30% of the pre-renovation value of the structure)." <br />Section 2. Adoption and Publication.
