Police <br />deportment, and Public Works deportment should hove o teodiV <br />available supply of response material including oil-absorbing pads. <br />GOAL - To adhere to federaL state, and watershed policies and <br />iregulations. <br />Policy 1 <br />Adopt a pollcv of compliance with the Minnesota Wetlonds <br />Conservotion Act of 1991 and subsequent amendments <br />Policy 2 <br />Continue to comply with oil the policies within the Minnehoho Creek <br />Wotershed Monogement Plan. <br />Policy 3 <br />Adopt the MPCAs Best Monogement Practices for the control of <br />erosion and sediment. <br />A 2.2 WATERSHED POLICIES <br />The Cily of Ofotx) is located in the Minnehoho Creek Watershed <br />ond therefore the requirements of the MCWD Watershed <br />Morxjgement Plan must be followed in a City-wide plon. This S^VMP <br />creates a uniform set of requirements covering the entire City and <br />meets all oppBcable rules. The following is a summary of MCWD <br />requirements. <br />2.2.1 Standards for Local Water Management Plans <br />1.
