Peterson, Attorney for Owners <br />Owners: Kirsten and Patrick Burton <br />The Applicant, as representative of the Owners, and the Owners hereby request a <br />Conditional Use Permit from the City of Orono for the Owners’ property legally <br />described as: <br />Lot 3, Block 1, Trees To Be <br />Address: 2601 Rainev Road <br />Orono, MN 55391 <br />A Conditional Use Permit is requested for the following: <br />1. That the property be approved for two dwellings, one of which is to be the <br />guesthouse and that the Owners be allowed to construct the ^eslhouse first <br />The site plan submitted with this application shows the location of the <br />guesthouse and the primary dwelling. The Owners are willing to subject the <br />property to Restrictive Covenants in substantially the form attached hereto. <br />2. That the chimney of the primary residence and guardrail for the roof of the <br />guesthouse may be constructed as shown on the plans submitted herewith <br />notwithstanding applicable Buildir Height standards in the City Ordinance.
