Not known <br />Additional Standards required by the current B-6 zoning district (Section 10.45): <br />A.At least twenty five percent (25%) of the land area shall be landscaped with grass, approved <br />ground cover, shrubbery and trees. At least three percent (3%) of the land area within a <br />parking area shall be landscaped. <br />All trash and trash handling equipment shall be stored within the principal structure, within <br />an attached structure accessible from within the principal structure, or totally screened from <br />eye-level view from public streets and adjacent residential properties.
