IA One Family Residential District <br />R-IB One Family Residential District <br />M-6 Multiple Family Planned Residential District <br />Any proposal which requires a modification to zoning or subdivision requirements must be done as <br />a Planned Unit Development <br />Subd. 6. Building Design and Construction. In addition to other restrictioru of this <br />Chapter, the use, construction, alteration or enlargements to any building or structure within e <br />district shall meet the following standards: <br />A. All exterior wall finishes on any building shall be: <br />(a) Face brick, or <br />(b) Natural stone, or <br />(c) Specially designed preces: concrete units if the surfaces have been <br />integrally treated with an applied decorative materials or texture, or <br />(d) Factory fabricated and finished metal framed panel construction, <br />if the panel materials be of any of those noted in items a. b and c above, or glass. <br />(e) Other materials as may be appros ed by the Council. Combinations <br />of such materials shall be permitted. <br />B. All subsequent additions and outbuildings constructed after the erection <br />of an original building or buildings shall be constructed of nateriah coinparable to those us^ in the <br />original construction and shall be designed in a manner co.nforming with the original architectural <br />design and general appearance. <br />C. No building or structure of a te.Tiporar)’ character, trailer, basement, tent <br />or shack shall b»* constructed, placed or maintained upo.n the property except as accessory to and <br />during the construction of permanen* buildings. <br />Subd. 7. Requircmeii*. of Development Agreement.
