City of OROIVO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 1720feiv <br />^RONO <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the petition of <br />I.D. Caples and Virginia Caples is hereby granted and that the <br />portion of Park Avenue legally described above is hereby vacated. <br />The granting of the petition is subject to the following <br />conditions : <br />1. Upon vacation, applicants must combine the vacated <br />adjacent portion of Park Avenue with their property (Lot 10 <br />and part of Lot 9, Block 3, Bergquist and Wicklund's Park). <br />2. Upon vacation, applicants shall quit-claim deed to the <br />County the platted right-of-way over the traveled portions <br />of County Road 19. <br />3.
