It is <br /> noteworthy that the approved plans for building permit did not reflect any retaining walls on site. The as-built survey <br /> reflects that retaining walis were constructed. These have been deemed acceptable by our engineer, however there was <br /> no requested change to the approved plans for these walls, nor were permits issued. Please be aware in the future a <br /> permit is required for�wall constructed on a property and changes to the approved site plan are required before the <br /> changes are made on site. <br /> I will authorize the issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy for the home at 200 Bederwood today.
