Staff Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends the applicant be permitted to construct a new lakeside deck, replacing what <br />existed with the following conditions: <br />1. The deck be the same size as existed. <br />2. The deck (and porch is approved) meet the 10 ’ side setback. <br />3. The shed located by the lake be removed. <br />4. The shed on the rear of the property meet a 3 ’ setback from the property line. <br />5. The porch be allowed only if Planning Commission concludes it will not encroach on <br />lake views enjoyed by the neighbors. <br />Options for Action: <br />1. Recommend approval of variances requested. <br />2. Recommend denial of variances. <br />3. Table, giving applicant direction. <br />4.
