Final parking layout and traffic flow shall be <br />reviewed and approved by the City Engineer. Parking provided <br />on the Adjacent Parcel to serve the minimum parking requirements <br />or for excess parWng for the Property shall be subject to an <br />agreement as provided for in Orono Zoning Code Section 10.61 <br />Subd. 6.
