The purpose for the addition is to allow a third stall to <br />the attached garage. The proposed addition would encroach 12’ into the required 30’ setback to the <br />front/street property line. <br />Pertinent Code Section: <br />1 . The lot is located in th'* LR- <br />IC zoning district where a minimum lot size of ‘A acre and a lot width of 100 feet is required. <br />According to City records a permit was issued in 1984 for a new residence and an addition was <br />constructed in 1997.
