Also present: CounciImen <br />Oorn, IcCarthy, and Soarlcs. <br />At this time, along with Councilmcn Dorn, <br />• iccartay, and Scarlcs, a study was conducted <br />to 1980 *®*^*’^ extension from the present <br />SEfEft BXmiSIOdS <br />Tais was followed by continuation of tiie <br />density study initiated at the previous <br />necting. Joining in the discussion and <br />study were Messrs. Shernuia, Cloutier, and Van Jest. ’ <br />nn.JSITY STUDY <br />After a 5 minute recess, the business <br />neeting began at 9:05 P.M. The following <br />agenda items were reviewed; <br />Art Hclson represented himself in an <br />application to divide Lot 25, Shorchills, <br />into equal parts on a north-south division. <br />3roug.it out was that the lot was annroximately <br />75,000 sq, ft. leaving 37,500 sq. ft. for <br />each lot, short of the required 43,560 so. <br />ft. required by the R-IC zoning; also, taat <br />the lot iiad muca frontage on Old 3each load <br />®*ougaly 350 ft. so tae lots would meet ’ <br />frontage requirement. Gascii asked Mr. Jelson <br />waat his plans were wnen he bouglit the <br />property and he stated he boug.it it for <br />future construction when finances oerniitted. <br />fo Jicholls* query of the longta of time <br />ae aad owned the property, Ir.
