Motion, Ayes (10) <br />- Hays (0) <br />oarage setback variance - Timm - was tabled from the <br />last meeting, There have been other variances <br />panted in that neighborhood, and this one would be <br />in order to oonfora with Brand's garage, next door. <br />The garage would be 28' X 22>, and possibly woiad <br />have a common driveway with Brand's. Hays stated <br />that none of the neighbors had any objections to <br />such setback being granted. <br />VAHIAHCB <br />577 Park Lane <br />Kuhlemeier moved, Ryerse seconded, that the variance <br />be approved as submitted with the atipiaation that <br />the garage will face north in accordance with the <br />submitted drawing. Motion, Ayes <br />Bays abstained.(9) - Hays (0), <br />Herfurth asked about a letter from Brand approving <br />the proposed setback. Poisson produced and read <br />the letter dated September, 1971. <br />Chairman Poisson stated that lagoon dredging has <br />been done in the previous years, and the lagoon <br />has always been u.ted for boats on the adjacent <br />property. He covO.d not see where there would be any <br />problmss. Kuhler.eier asked about the problem of <br />disposing of dredgings.
