Ayes (9) - <br />Nays (0). <br />VARIANCE <br />Lots 9-10, Block 10 <br />Saga Hill <br />The plat of the property oT Willis Dock, 1020 <br />North Arm Drive, was studied by members. Mr. <br />Dack is proposing to divide 1.73 acres into <br />two lots, one, 1 acre unsewered lot with a <br />house on it, and one .78 aero lot where he <br />proposes to construct a rew home serviced <br />by municipal sewer. <br />DIVISION <br />41307 - 800 <br />Herfurth moved, Kullberg seconded, that s>nce <br />the one acre lot meets the toning code and <br />the lot that is sewered is similar in site <br />to lots across the street in Forest Arms <br />Country Club, the recommendation be that the <br />division be approved.
