Wishes to sell the lots as bull lable lots. They are <br />serviced by sewer- Since tho lots are irregular, I can only approximate <br />the size at 16,000 square feet. Market value is placed at $4,200' <br />Tuxes, $205, and a $2,750 sewer assessment will be placed on them <br />next year. The lots are at tho end of .Spruce Place to the right, <br />according to the plat map. <br />2) Division - Dack - North Arm Drive and Dahl Road <br />Willis Dack wishes to divide his property consisting of 1,78 acres <br />into two lots; one - one acre lot; one - .78 acre lot- The property <br />is tho S.E, comer of Dahl Road end North Arm Drive. The house is <br />back on Dahl Road. The .78 parcel would be on North Arm Drive and <br />would be serviced by sewer. There is no sewer on Dahl Road, so <br />he would sell one a .re with the house. Mrs. Dack is blind and Mr, Dach <br />would like to build a special house for her as the old one is two stories <br />Division ' Starkey - Starkey Road and Sixth Avenue North <br />Hennepin County has bought all of the Starkey property for the park, <br />but left him l*i acre .parcel along with tho building on the junction <br />of Sixth .\vonue North and Starkey Road, N.E. comer.4 <br />■».ice - Pollock • Lot Size and Frontage <br />The Pollocks have a 50' X 100' lot with an old house on it. T1\ey <br />want to establish if it is buildnble lot -taxes, $100 and a pending <br />water assessment, $1,000. It is not in :;ingle separate ownership as <br />their house is adjacent to it on a bit larger lot. If it is not <br />buildable, they intend to abandon it. We received a letter from .Mr, Crosby <br />saying he was going to deed .an ensomeat to the property but it takes <br />time and his son in-law has called me saying ho is anxious to build. <br />6) Division ♦ <br />The Kutzs' <br />.Kutz Cotinty Road #19 *5 «1S1 <br />sold us 11 acres lor a park at 119 and *151. This is merejv <br />to retain a small part as a garden spot as agreed upon by the Village.
