Wishes to sell the lots as bull lable lots. They are serviced by sewer- Since tho lots are irregular, I can only approximate the size at 16,000 square feet. Market value is placed at $4,200' Tuxes, $205, and a $2,750 sewer assessment will be placed on them next year. The lots are at tho end of .Spruce Place to the right, according to the plat map. 2) Division - Dack - North Arm Drive and Dahl Road Willis Dack wishes to divide his property consisting of 1,78 acres into two lots; one - one acre lot; one - .78 acre lot- The property is tho S.E, comer of Dahl Road end North Arm Drive.
