The lot is a bit short of the one-acre require- <br />ments and, common to many lots in Shorehills, short of the frontage <br />requixemant. The property is to the right of Lyle flalverson’s property <br />at the end of Maploridge Lane, a bit ahead and across the street from <br />the Fabric House in Navarro. <br />2) Gary Beito, Lot Site and Frontage Variance. Ke had this at the <br />July 19, 1971 meeting and tabled it, I studied the tax structure on th * <br />lot. Last year's reappraisal moved the market price from $1,600 to <br />IS,600. Present taxes are $176. There will be sewer assessment of <br />12,750 placed on tlie property this fall- To view • I was erroneous in <br />the last directions in so far as the pint map is in error on the placem,:i <br />of Grandview Avenue- go north on #151 to Grandview Avenue, which is <br />shortly after you make the first two sharp bends and is to the left. <br />Make the left turn to the dead end then a right. The lot in question <br />lies 100' past the last house on the lake side. <br />3) Harold Roberts Division. Caroline Avenue, Casco Point. This was <br />before tl»e Planning Commission before and a rearrangement of two lots <br />out of the five platted lots was recomrionded. The lots are each 50* <br />so they are planning on one 100' and one ISO'. <br />4) Robert McKee, Division, Junction of Watertown Road 8 Sixth Avenue N <br />This was passed by the Planning Commission at a prior meeting end retur <br />by the Village Council asking for a contour map whicli is now on file. <br />5) Big Island^ Dennis Kllbane, Petition to Ban Motor Vehicles, Somebo <br />owning an amphibious and land vehicle, named Richard Rowe, has property <br />on Big Island and has started r.o use one of the many public lake access >s <br />to get to his property by means of this vehicle. A number of people <br />have petitioned to prevent any vehicle to use same. <br />6) Yale Smiley, Division. I will <br />to the Administrator on this. <br />ask our secretary to send you my <br />7) Mabel and Bernice Dahl, Lot Size and Frontage Variance. He did not confide the location except to say <br />it is on Highway 112.
