Motion, Ayes (7) - Nays (0). <br />In the matter of a division for Jnmes <br />Crabbe, 2010 Shoreline Drive, the study of <br />the plat map, application and survey revealed: <br />1. This was a transfer of property to an <br />adjacent property owner. <br />2. This transfer was from a lot over the <br />zoning requirement as to '^ize to one under. <br />3. The lot being divided off does not meet <br />zoning requirements. <br />Searles moved. Elliott seconded, that app <br />be recommended, contingent on a combinati <br />with the adjacent property. Harter, McCleary, and Ressler <br />that their applications were tabled until <br />they make an appearance to answer questions. <br />Searles moved, Southworth seconded, that it <br />be recommended the Village purchase a high <br />fidelity tape recorder capable of using at <br />least a two hour tape to facilitate recording <br />of Minutes of meetings. Motion, Ayes (7) - <br />Nays (0). <br />Gasch moved, Elliott seconded, that the <br />meeting be adjourned at 10:15 P.M.
