MINUTES OF THE <br />ORONO PLANNING COMMISSION <br />January 17, 2023 <br />6:00 o'clock p.m. <br />McCutcheon said he felt if they're going to change something, let's do it the best fit that checks, the most <br />boxes that we've talked about here, whether it's the access to Shoreline Drive, the buildable areas, <br />wetland, easements, all these sorts of things that we talked about. I guess we'll end the discussion there. <br />OTHER BUSINESS — Update on JANUARY 09, 2023 City Council Meeting <br />Oakden updated the Commissioners noting there had been a few City Council meetings since the <br />Planning Commission last met. She said the Council had approved all the applications the Planning <br />Commission recommended for approval that have come to the council so far. In addition, the Council <br />approved a variance for 3830 Cherry that the Planning Commission had recommended denying, but only <br />after the applicants made changes in the proposal based on Planning Commission feedback. She said from <br />an administrative standpoint she will be reaching out to commissioners whose terms are coming to an end <br />to invite them to reapply if they are still interested. <br />1 9 7►Iu I OWN N <br />Erickson moved, Libby seconded, to adjourn the Planning Commission Meeting.
