The applicant has not yet built the new house and has submitted a variance application to <br />make two changes to the approved plan. <br />The changes to the approved plans include the following; <br />1. Shifting the residence on the west side from 8.5 feet to 7.5 feet from the property line to <br />straighten out the residence to run parallel with the property line versus having it run parallel <br />with the lake shore angle. <br />2. Add 65 square feet to the front ofthe house by adding a 4.5 foot prow, “v-shape” glass point <br />on the lakeside of the residence.
