F.Rental businesses. <br />G. <br />H. <br />Contracting, excavating, welding or machine shops. <br />Commercial kennels and veterinary clinics. <br />I. <br />J. <br />Churches and religious institutions. <br />Tow truck services. <br />K. Ceramic studios with kilns of volume six (6) cubic feet or more. <br />L. The sale, lease, trade or other transfer of firearms or ammunition by <br />a firearms dealer, except when such dealer is Federally licensed to conduct such <br />activity. <br />M. Sale or use of hazardous materials in excess of consumer quantities <br />which are packaged for consumption by individual households for personal care or <br />household use. <br />Subd. 5. Reasonable Accommodation for Disabled Persons. Persons with physical <br />or other legally recognized disabilities may request reasonable accommodation by requesting <br />a waiver of one or more of the foregoing requirements. The Zoning Administrator may only <br />grant waivers on the basis of the applicant’s physical limitations to function within said <br />requirements. <br />Subd. 6. Conformance Required. All existing home occupations shall be brought into <br />conformity with this ordinance within one year of its adoption.” <br />Section 5. Otono Municipal Code Chapter 10, Section 10.61 Subd. 2(A) is hcrcbv amended <br />by adding Section 10.61, Subd. 2(A)(4) to read as follows: <br />4. Home Occupations. One nameplate sign containing name and <br />address but not to contain business name or type of business, and such sign shall not exceed <br />two (2) square feet in area per surface, nor contain more than two surfaces.” <br />Section 6. Adoption and Publication. This ordinance shall be published in The Pioneer and <br />The Laker newspapers and shall become effective immediately upon publication. <br />Page 6 of?
