All applications for a buildinq <br />permit in any "B-5" Limited Neighborhood Business District shall be <br />reviewed by the Council and referred to the Planning Commission for <br />review. <br />Subd. 3. Permitted Uses. Conditional Use. <br />A. Within any "B-5" Limited Business District, no <br />structure or land shall be used for one of the following uses <br />except by conditional use permit: <br />1.
