To recommend that the proposed furniture store with home accessories is substantially <br />similar to other permitted uses. <br />2. To recommend approval of the commercial site plan, subject to the following; <br />a. The applicant is to provide a plan for removal/replacement of plantings <br />to be reviewed by the City's consultant to effectively screen the use along the <br />east property line. <br />b. Applicant to restripe the parking lot to so that each stall is 9' by 20', with at <br />least 12 parking spaces. <br />c.
