(1.64 acres) where the RR-1B zoning district requires lot area of 2 acres. <br />WajTie and Karen Soojian, 4496 North Shore Drive, request lot area, lot <br />width and average lakeshore setback variances to permit construction of a <br />new residence on the property located in the LR-IB zoning district. <br />Michael and Deborah Benedict, 25 Orono Orchard Road, request a variance <br />to permit a 28 ’ X 35’ storage garage to be constructed closer to the front <br />property line than the principal residence.
