The applicant should also <br />be asked for their testimony regarding this issue. <br />Please revisit pages 2 and 3 of 3 (Review of Hardship) of July 15, 2002 Planning Commission <br />report. <br />Staff Recommendation: <br />Staff again recommends denial of the application due to the entire addition being located within <br />75’ of the lakeshore. The addition could not be done without the need for variances. The <br />property has a total of 1,397 s.f of structure. Due to the amount of existing hardcover and <br />building already within 75’ of the lakeshore a variances to allow additional hardcover or structure <br />is not warranted. <br />Options for Action: <br />1.
