The new site plan shows the building IT from the north property line and 67’ <br />to the east property line. <br />1 he required setback to the rear property line for the building is 30’. The 27’ setback requires a <br />variance. Approval of the site plan as a renewal will require the site plan to be amended to meet the <br />previously approved setbacks.
