September 20,2001 <br />RE: Shed on 2216 Shadywood Road <br />Lyle Oman <br />City of Orono <br />2750 Kelley Park>\'ay <br />Orono MN 55356 <br />Dear Mr. Oman, <br />We have recently been made aware that the City is requesting the existing shed at 2216 <br />Shadywoc^ Road, owned by Mr. William Keefe, be removed and a building permit be <br />secured for a location withiu the appropriate setback area. We are asking that this <br />decision be reconsidered. <br />Our neighbor inunediately to the south recently completed updating a shed on his <br />property. We supported mis action for a number of reasons. First, the previously <br />existing shed was an eyesore. The shed had been on the lot for decades and deteriorated <br />over time through no fault of the Keefes.
