Apri 17. 2002 <br />A breakdown of the major construction costs associated with the regional pond and trunk <br />storm sewer is show n on an attached exhibit The trunk line will provide scrv ice to the two <br />undeveloped lots to the west of the Orono Village site. The natural drainage patterns of the <br />remainder of the basin will remain largely unchanged as storm runoff is routed through the <br />new regional pond. <br />We respectfully request that the City assist us in our negotiations with MN/DOT for the <br />construction of these facilities and that Trunk Storm Sewer fees be used w here appropriate to <br />fund this project. <br />#27 oo 1*
