The new site plan shows the building 27’ from the north propertj ’ line and 67* <br />to the east property line. <br />The required setback to the rear property line for the building is 30’. The 27’ setback requires a <br />variance. Approval of the site plan as a renewal will require the site plan to be amended to meet the <br />previously approved setbacks. The new building location would not reduce hardcover as previously <br />approved.
