Biek (wife) <br />We want to build a one-story, screened pool house <br />adjacent to our backyard swimming pool. It will have <br />cedar siding and an asphalt shingled roof. It will also <br />contain a half-bath, bar sink, dressing room, and <br />sitting/eating area. The pool house is to be built on a <br />26 foot X 18 foot concrete pad with rough-in plumbing <br />and electrical power that was constructed in Summer <br />2001 with the permission of the City of Orono. <br />See the attached plan, elevation, and perspective <br />drawings for the proposed pool house structure. <br />See the attached Certificate of Survey from the 1994 <br />construction of our house that was approved by the <br />City of Orono as the site plan for the 2001 contruction <br />of our swimming pool. We have drawn In the site <br />location for the pool house. This Certificate of Survey <br />contains the legal description of our property. <br />See the attached certified list and plat map from the <br />Hennepin County Department of Finance for all <br />property owners within 350 feet of our property line. <br />The concrete pad for our pool house is already in <br />place, and we do not anticipate making any land <br />alterations involving changes in elevation. <br />fr £ ’ III
