The new house would replace the existing house on the <br />property. Hennepin County tax records estimate a construction date for the existing house to be <br />1900. The location for the new house would be where the existing house is located The applicants <br />have lived at the property since the 1970s, and have used the property as a single-family hobby farm <br />throughout their ownership. <br />The property is located in the RR-1A zoning district requiring a minimum lot size of 5 acres, a front <br />setback of 100' and a side setback of 50 ’. The proposed building requires several variances. /\ <br />review of each variance is listed below: <br />1.
