F <br />L <br />Request: <br />This is an application to the City of Orono for a Land Alteration, <br />Conditional Use Permit. We are requesting permission to construct a berm <br />along the southern boarder of our property, which is located at the <br />intersection of County Road # 6 and Old Ciystal Bay Road. The ice arena is <br />located directly across the street from this site. The primary purpose of our <br />request is to provide some screening of both the bike path and the ice arena. <br />The berm will contain approximately 4500 yards of fill and it will stand <br />about four feet above the bike path.
