&LL&T M'OUSe - ^ <br />RESTRICTIVE COVENANT <br />The undersigned, Addison and Cynthia Piper, owners of that certain real property located in the <br />County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota legally described as follows: <br />Legal Description to be added, Hennepin County, Minnesota (the "Property") <br />does hereby expressly covenant and agree that the guest house located on the Property shall not <br />be used as a second permanent residence on the property, will not be offered or used as rental <br />property and will not be used for home occupation purposes.
