o <br />§10.40 <br />D. Landscaping. Decorative landscape features. <br />£. Fences. Fences, as regulated in this Chapter. <br />F. Incidentals. Any incidental repair or processing necessary to conduct a permitted <br />principal use, provided that the incidental use siiall not exceed j0% of the floor space of the <br />principal building. <br />G. Public Telephone Booths. <br />Source: Ordinance No. 172 <br />Effective Date: 1-1-75 <br />H. Communication Rcccptionn'ransmission Devices. <br />1. Accessory Antennas. Accessory aiiteruias shall be limited to radio and <br />television receiving antennas, satellite dishes, TVRO's, and amateur short-wave radio transmitting <br />and receiving antennas. Accessory anteruias that are accessory to the principal use of the property <br />are permitted accessory uses in all zoning districts provided they meet tlie following conditions: <br />a. Height. A ground mounted accessory antenna shall not exceed <br />twenty (20) feet in height from ground level. <br />b. Yards. Accessory antennas shall not be located within the required <br />front yard setback, comer s * yard setback or side yard setback abutting a street. <br />c. Roofs. If vegetation or obstructions interfere with satellite signal.«^ <br />at a location in any allowable placement area, the accessory antenna may be placed on the root of <br />any authorized structure on the premises. <br />d. Accessory antennas shall not be located within a required yard or <br />setback area or within drainage or utility easements. Antenna towers shall be set back from adjacent <br />property lines a horizontal distance no less than the maximum height of the antenna. <br />e. Building Permits. A building permit shall be required for the <br />installation of any accessory antenna requiring a conditional use permit. Building permit <br />applications shall be accompanied by a site plan and structural component data for the accessory <br />antenna, including details of anchoring.
