The right-of-way <br />was dedicated, and shown as “Massasoit Avenue" on the original plat of Morse Island Park. <br />The right-of-way on Big Island in undeveloped, but is open to allow prop* * t. owners interior <br />island access. The property owners primary reason to vacate the roads is that the individual <br />houses are partly or fully within the public right of way. Sec anached Certificate of Survev. <br />Comments: Any comments should be received by the City of Orono by February 18, 2002.
