Section 10.22. Subd. 1 (B); Lakeshore Setback: No principal or accessory structure shall be <br />located w ithin 75 feet of the lakeshore. Variance Request: To permit a variance to allow a deck to <br />be w ithin 75' of the lakeshore. <br />2. Section 10.56. Subd. 16 (E.F): Water Oriented Accessory Structures/Stairways Lifts and <br />Landings; The only water oriented accessoiy structures that are allowed in the 0-75' setback /one <br />are lock boxes up to 20 s.f. area and no more than 4' high. Stairwa> s up to 4' wide are allowed in <br />the 0-75' zone with landings (i.e. decks) no more than 32 s.f in area. <br />Application Summary: 1 he applicants own the subject property and are requesting a hardcover <br />variance (0-75') to allow' a 216 s.f deck and 20 s.f shed located by the lakeshore to remain on the <br />property.
