The drainage and utility <br />easement was dedicated on the plat of Lake Minnetonka Woods in 1999. <br />Property owner has requested to vacate 1.5' of the easement to permit construction of an end <br />townhouse unit encroaching into the easement area. A copy of a survey indicating the <br />portion of the easement to be vacated is attached. <br />Any comments should be received by the City of Orono by February 18, 2002.
